Hot Rolled Steel Sheets are made from hot working metal processes. They have a reduced average grain size with an equiaxed microstructure (approximately equal dimensions on all sides). We host a wide range of hot rolled products in sizes 0.8mm to 25mm thickness and 180-2500mm width. The maximum coil weight is around 25 MT. The products conform to national and international standards with grades such as medium/high carbon steels, high strength steels (JIS G 3113 SAPH310/370/400/440, JIS G 3134 SPFH-540/590, EN 10149-2 S550MC/S650MC, DP590), Ship building grades, boilers and pressure vessel grades, etc. Hot Rolled sheets and plates have very good weldability, and excellent deep drawing as well as cold-forming properties. These products have accreditation from BIS, RDSO, etc. HR Sheets find use in general engineering, construction materials (general purposes as well as bridges and flyovers), pipes, containers, electrical appliances, automobiles, shipbuilding, defense equipment, earthmoving equipment, oil and gas pipelines, boilers and pressure vessels, etc.
